Jay Osborne begins his 18th season as the Head Coach of the Nixa Eagles. He is entering his 23rd season of coaching, and 21 years as a head coach. His teams have played in 5 State Tournaments, two final fours, and have won over 20 Tournament Titles, including 2 Blue and Gold Championships and 6 NIT Championships. He has an overall career record of 369-175.

Brock Blansit begins his 6th season as an assistant for the Eagles and 13th season overall. He spent three years at Nixa Junior High coaching girls prior to moving to the High School. Before coming to Nixa, Blansit spent one season as an assistant to Brent Blevins at Forsyth and coached for three seasons at Stafford for Coach Kent Hedgepeth.

Andrew Boyce enters his 3rd season at Nixa and 4th overall. This is his second season as the Head Freshman Coach and also assists with the Varsity and Junior Varsity teams.

Coach snyder begins his first season at Nixa. He is a 2001 graduate of Forsyth High School, ans was a winner of the 2000 Panther team that placed third in the State Tournament. He attended college at William Jewell and is a graduate of Missouri State University.
