Jay Osborne begins his 20th season as the Head Coach of the Nixa Eagles. He is entering his 25th season of coaching, and 23rd as a head coach. His teams have played in 6 State Tournaments, two final fours, and have won over 24 Tournament Titles, including 3 Blue and Gold Championships and 7 NIT Championships. He has an overall career record of 417-183.

Brock Blansit begins his 8th season as an assistant for the Eagles and 14th season overall. He spent three years at Nixa Junior High coaching girls prior to moving to the High School. Before coming to Nixa, Blansit spent one season as an assistant to Forsyth and coached for three seasons at Stafford for Coach Kent Hedgepeth.

Andrew Boyce enters his 5th season at Nixa and 6th overall. This is his third season as the Head Freshman Coach and also assists with the Varsity and Junior Varsity teams.
