Brock Blansit begins his 8th season as an assistant for the Eagles and 14th season overall. He spent three years at Nixa Junior High coaching girls prior to moving to the High School. Before coming to Nixa, Blansit spent one season as an assistant to Forsyth and coached for three seasons at Stafford for Coach Kent Hedgepeth.

Under Coach Blansits direction, his Nixa Junior Varsity teams have amassed an impressive 135-23 record. They won the Ozark tournament seven out of eight times and have won the Cub Martin Nixa tournament five times.

Blansit is a graduate of Evangel University, playing basketball for the Crusaders and qualifying for the Elite Eight of the NAIA National Tournament. In High School, his Hillcrest Hornet teams in two seasons combined to post a 47-8 record, including District and Blue and Gold Championships under Head Coach Nate Quinn.

Blansit is married to his High School sweetheart Danelle. They have two daughters, Lindsey and Maddie.
